Alert component description

The eureauweb Alert Component (Comp-ID 007) is responsible for handling all incoming alerts to communicate and visualize them to the user. Alerts are sent by the eureauweb Device and Boat Status Component, by the eureauweb Community Message Component or by the eureauweb Warning Messaging Component. The eureauweb Community Message Component receives important messages from external services and notifies the user via the eureauweb Alert Module.
