Nel rapporto si analizza con tecniche numeriche un nuovo design della struttura del trough parabolico usato negli impianti solari a concentrazione. La struttura erealizzata tramite pannelli compositi, permettendo maggiori rigidita' e resistenza rispetto alle soluzioni commerciali.
